Hand-carved from Canadian pine, “Horse in High Relief” presents a dynamic equine figure that seems to emerge from the wood itself. Layered planes define the chest, neck, and muzzle, while flowing contours suggest forward movement and controlled power. The natural grain and warm tone of the pine lend softness to the strong lines, creating visual depth that changes subtly with the light.

Sized for statement display, the piece works beautifully above a console, mantle, or in a study, and pairs well with both rustic and contemporary interiors.
